What size should I order?

How do I wash / care for my apparel?

Is your apparel machine-washable?
- Most of our clothing is machine washable. Follow the care label on the inside of our garments for best care practices and longevity. You can also refer to our informative Garment Care Video.
What sizes do you carry?
- ICO offers the industry's most extensive size range with garments available in Regular, Plus, Petite, Tall, Short and Long sizes and lengths. Please refer to our size chart for more information or contact Customer Support at cs@icouniforms.com

Do you have Petite sizes?
- We offer several styles in Petite sizes. When available, length will appear as an option in our online store.

Why are my pants so long?
- Our pants are intentionally long to accommodate all heights and inseam lengths. This allows you to hem to your preferred inseam for a perfect fit. Standard lengths for ladies' pants are Petite 31", Regular 33.5" and Tall 35". Each length has a
1/2" hem/seam allowance.
What are your standard (ladies') inseam lengths?

Do you offer embroidery?
- Yes, we offer a variety of decorative applications including embroidery, screen printing, heat-transfer and more.
How do I place an Order?

Why does my company store not have all of your styles/colors?
- Your company's program administrator determines what styles/colors to include in your program.
What do I do if my order is missing something?
- Please refer to the packing slip included with your order. Items are occasionally backordered and may arrive in a second shipment. If a backorder is not indicated on your packing slip, contact our cs@icouniforms.com for assistance. *Please note
that short-shipments must be reported within 7 days of order receipt.

What is a backorder?
- Occasionally, an item is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not ship until it is back in stock.

Can I ship to my home?
- We strongly recommend that all shipments are made to your business address. This will ensure that your order is properly received. It's also worth noting that home deliverys are more costly.

What is your return policy?
- Return(s) are accepted for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unembroidered and undecorated garments with original tags attached for a period of up to 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return items using the trackable method of your choice. If you prefer the convenience of our shipping label, $12.00 will be deducted from your return credit.

How do I know if you received my return?
- Once your return is received and processed, we will send an email notification to the email address associated with your order. Haven't received the email? Step 1: Check your spam folder. What do I do if I received an incorrect item in my shipment?

Is the Return Shipping label free?
- Once you receive a return authorization, you may return items using the trackable method of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx). If you prefer the convenience of our shipping label, $12.00 will be deducted from your return credit.
I cannot print my Return label. Can you help?
- Please DO NOT process your return using any version of Internet Explorer browser. ReadyReturns is not supported on Internet Explorer. Please use Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers to complete your return. How long will it take to process my return?

What do I do if I lost my Packing Slip?

Can I return embroidered/modified garments?
- When an item is modified, it becomes customized and cannot be returned to inventory for resale. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for modified garments. Modifications inculde any type of decoration, alteration or adjustment to a stock garment.
